Paid Parental Leave
The purpose of paid parental leave is to enable the employee to care for and bond with a newborn, newly adopted or newly placed child. This policy will be in effect for births, adoptions or placements of foster children.
Convictional will provide:
- Up to 26 weeks (6 months) of paid parental leave to employees following the birth of an employee's child, if the employee gave birth to the child;
- Up to 26 weeks (6 months) of paid parental leave to employees following the placement of a child with an employee in connection with adoption, foster care, or surrogacy; and
- Up to 13 weeks (3 months) of paid parental leave to employees following the birth of an employee's child, if the employee has not given birth.
