Time Off
All employees are entitled to 4 weeks of paid time off per year, or the amount negotiated in their contract if greater than 4 weeks. For the purposes of this policy, 4 weeks will constitute 20 days in 2025 and 16 days thereafter. Convictional has a PTO minimum requirement of two weeks. If you reside in Canada the minimum requirement increases at 5 and 10 years of service.
Additionally, all employees are entitled to take off a full paid week during the final week of the year. For Sales, this may be made up during the first week of January because a lot of deals are still happening in the last week of the year.
We strongly recommend that all employees take 1 consecutive week off per quarter as this amount of rest is optimal for performance and wellbeing.
