Mileage Policy

In the event an employee travels by car for work-related reasons, they are eligible to be reimbursed for mileage. Work related travel includes, but is not limited to:

• Driving to onsites instead of flying, either by necessity or by choice
• Driving a significant distance to and from the airport for work
• Driving to meet in person with customers
• Driving to meet in person with colleagues for work-related reasons, outside of routine commute for in-office work.

Parking

• Up to $15/day to park at your office/workspace

Reimbursement

Mileage reimbursements are intended to cover the cost of operating a personal vehicle. Mileage will be reimbursed at the rates below:

United States: 70 cents per mile

Canada: 72 cents per kilometer up to 5,000 kilometers, 66 cents for each additional kilometer
