We are currently focused on making our initial customers insanely happy and engaged with our product. To that end, we have defined a narrow ICP and will focus our efforts on building the best goal alignment solutions for companies that closely match these criteria.
Our ideal customer is a company which:
- Collaborates across space and time, often through hybrid or remote work.
- Wants to enable their team to feel both focused and connected.
- Builds and sells some form of knowledge product, such as software or services.
- Has a team of more than 20 people, and often fewer than 100 people.
- Uses Google G Suite for email and calendar.
- Prefers async communication via chat or email.
- Cares about preserving organizational knowledge over time.
- Has and keeps track of formal goals on a regular basis.
- Cares about making fast, high quality decisions at every level.
- Is not married to using Slack for internal communications.
- Cares about their team members' wellbeing, and wants to improve it.
- Prefers a vision for work that is pro human and not entirely automated.
