About us
The ground is shifting under how people work. Cognitive tasks are getting cheaper, shared truth is getting harder to maintain, and the human work that matters most is exactly what bad tools destroy and good tools protect: judgment, trust, coordination.
We started from a felt experience: the tools teams use to collaborate are either too rigid to be human or too chaotic to be useful. We wrote about this as the Decision Context Problem. It's the way critical context disappears between the moment a decision is made and the moment it needs to be understood.
We're building software that fits how thoughtful teams actually work. Not another dashboard. Not another notification layer. Tools that put your goals in the room where the work happens: in email, in meetings, in the conversations that shape what your company becomes.
